Thanks, I quit the booze for 28 days last spring, before collapsing. Then I made it to 56 days later in the summer.

I say any improvement is good improvement......you had a couple good goes at.......keep trying and eventually you will succeed. I had 52 days and 47 so far this year. I'm starting all over again myself. It's all about making good choices.
SR really helped me. I found it a lot harder to drink again when I saw in black and white what that one drink did to me, and to others here.
