Thank you for this post, Rob! So happy to hear how well you are doing. I too was/am a binge drinker and eater. I found when I drank my binge eating was worse - I'd eat until I was physically ill. It was so frustrating trying to out exercise my habits, which was impossible and just ended up getting me injured.

Sobriety has really helped me start to understand why I was doing that to myself and I am slowly learning healthier coping strategies. I am still really new so it's nice to hear your story
