well im 31 i live in the midlands uk,ive been drinkin heavy for 10 years ,i drink cider and spitits sometimes ,ive nearly lost my life to a couple of overdoses ,and ive lost alot of friends aswell (GUTTED) !!
ive did a home detox in january but didnt last 2 weeks as i just lost my girlfriend ,my mom has been going to aqurious for 12 months for councillin i owe it to myself to get dry or ill be in a box

Being here is a great place to start! Yes...you do owe it to yourself to get sober and stay that way!
Its nice to meet you.I am Betty.Alcoholic.Been sober for almost 11 mths after drinking sense the age of about 18! I am 39 now.So it has taken up most of my life and time.
Stoping is the best and most important thing I have ever done for myself!
