I can do this!!

So, in spite of an ugly, messy divorce my son is going thru- a bat-s**t crazy, soon-to-be-ex DIL (well, not nearly soon enough or easily enough!) using my only grandchild as a pawn- I can & will stay sober, sane, calm, rational......right??!! Drinking will not help- I really prefer to be sober, sane, calm, & rational- clear-minded, able to make good decisions....feeling well in the mornings. Still in the process of reading Rational Recovery- keeping the Beast at bay!
