45 days!!!! whoooo hoooooo!

Hello SR family

I have been off the grid for a while due to work (very busy and very tired) and life. No excuse i know but this is my busy season. Anyway i tried to wait another 15 days to post but quite frankly i cant wait to share the news. This is my record to date! Nothing has changed but i am sober. I feel 3" taller...seriously. my head held high as the shame is gone. Cant explain it. Life is life but i am proud where i am at. Damn its been a hell road to get here. But i am here. Heck with yesterday and tomorrow has not come. I sit here now 45 beautiful days. COME GET YOU SOME OF THAT BOOZE!!! (Sorry but im fired up right now) i earned this the hard way. Just like all of you have. Thanks to everyone at SR!

Great job, I hope you stick around even if your busy. I get real busy running my own business but I still try to post a few comments every day. It helps keep me grounded in my sobriety.

Congrats on 45 days, Charlie! It makes me happy to see how excited you are about your sobriety, and well you should be. We fight for every single sober day, so we have a right to be proud. Keep up the good work!

Well done ! I'm on day 11. Yesterday was tough. My head was a blur with nonsense, but I survived. Your post has inspired me. I will not drink today !Thank you .
