Did you have withdrawals when you first quit for that 13 days? If yes, then sorry, but more than likely after 7 days of daily drinking you're going to get withdrawals again. What was your daily consumption level during that 7 days?
Hi LScotty
Unfortunately noone can answer that question for you - detox is unpredictable and there's simply too many other variables - did you eat much the last week, is your general health ok etc etc.
No matter how experienced we might be, the best anyone can do here is guess, basically, and I think you need more than that.
if you're worried about detox the best place to be is with a Dr - discuss it with them.
I know it's early days again, but do you have you any ideas on how you might do things differently this time, Lscotty?
you could really make this time last

I really don't know what to do differently. I don't want to do this anymore. The amount I have been drinking is insane. No one knows, and if I out myself.... Well, let's just say it won't be pretty. Feeling stuck
I think half the problem is secrecy Lscotty.
If you keep drinking, things will get worse I'm afraid - and you may end up having your secret revealed anyway, and that's not going to be pretty either.
This is a good link about support options and recovery plans:

Here's some other useful links Lscotty I know from others experience that the more you go back out the harder it becomes I think it's called kindling

My withdrawal was worse the second time after I quit--I had the "kindling" effect soberwolf posted.
Be careful and get some help with detox would be my suggestion, especially if you had a bad first detox.
Life is much much better in sobriety.
Do what you need to do to get it back--

As Dee said, detoxing from alcohol is unpredictable, so it's always a good idea to talk to your dr. And, I think that having a specific plan would be so helpful for you, especially to get through the early days.
withdrawals again?
well sure, that's possible.
But you know what's a lot scarier?
NOT going through withdrawals, and continuing to ride the addiction down, down, down......
You said you're ready to quit - but are you ready to be sober? Focus on that.
