Friday night is strange (but good)
I stopped drinking after this past Sunday. Just taking it a day at a time. It is funny and nice to go to eat somewhere and whether they serve alcohol was not the first consideration. Cracker Barrel is good on Friday night. So is driving past the liquor store and not turning in. The owner must think someone stole my car when I drove past and didn't turn in. LOL. Anyway, sitting here enjoying my first sober Friday night is about 6 years. It feels weird, but real good knowing I'll wake up on a Saturday morning feeling good.

So different from the waking up I used to do, feeling awful and hating myself.

Way to go kids. I liked your comment about driving by the liquor store. I'm sure I screwed up the inventory at my favorite liquor store. My favorite beer was something not very common and I bought a LOT of it. It's almost a month now and I'm sure they're thinking wth? lol
