currently I have a lot of anger,,,,, anger to people who have harmed and taken advantage of me ,,, anger towards myself for letting it happen,, most of all ,, anger towards alcohol,,,, without alcohol none of the above would have happened,!!!!!

haven't posted in a while ,,,, been replacing my alcohol addition with a money addiction ,,, been working two jobs . takes up most of my time.. I need to face the reality ,,, I have an addictive personality,, ( not a bad thing ) as long as I focus on positive addictions and not negative addictions.. lol !!!! put oholic after any activity you can think of ,, and yep that's me !!! ( alcohol , clean , work , etc.. the list goes on ) O.C D, at its finest.. lol..

Reading your post tho, I can't recommend balance highly enough.
Even if your new obsession is a good thing - like work - there can be a dark side.
If my life is unbalanced the more I become vulnerable to old patterns of behaviour repeating themselves, or manifesting themselves in new ways.
Take it easy
Not trying to demoralise you at all...yours is a great achievement...just a friendly warning that sometimes the Hydra grows a new head.
I don't believe any of us have to live with 'an addictive personality'
