Sober & feeling more & more comfortable in my skin ...


My ex's visit went well; we are on the mend & she'll be back down in 6 weeks...

Mom is starting to deal w\ dad's passing finally; after keeping it bottled up ..

My shrink & I seem to have my anxiety under control .... Still have attacks, but not as often & I'm dealing w\ them better. Now the physical pain I have to tackle.

But I'm sober & actually not depressed & looking forward to the day I'm back home w\ my girl & kitties !!!

Thanx Scott means allot coming from you after all headbutts !!! But we are focused & committed as a team. I'm already working on setting up a shrink & counseling up there. My ex plans on doing the same for her self (not drink\drugs but food is her crutch) & even set to do couples counseling .... So it is finally getting brighter. Thanx àll for the support.

Yea haven't had cravings in awhile; think the meds have me doing well. I actually took a public bus twice no less !!! 2nd time started to bug a little but nothing like attacks I was getting.

Well my mind has been settled allot w\ the right meds & I cleared out most of who I hung w\ so been a lil lonely, but less stressful..
