Starting over... Again. I stopped meditating, stopped reading, stopped coming here. Not very bright but all things I need to do. So... Day one here I come again

I'm glad to see you're back, Ckoures.

When you don't feel like checking in with SR -- that's when you need to stay close to SR.

This is all within your reach and you've got support here.

Welcome back. Ditto what Venecia said. When you don't feel like checking in, that's when you need to. I'm having twinges myself lately. I haven't been doing what I've been doing and I'm feeling it. So I know I need to dive in head first otherwise I'm placing my sobriety at risk.

Come back early and often. Go to AA. Step up the game and you'll do alright.
