Smack My Head Moment
 

It's the DUH moments in life I have to laugh at:

Today was a typical work day. Got paid today (whoot, whoot), paid bills (bye, bye), went grocery shopping.
Got home the house is all to myself. I got to unload the items, put the items up, and commandeer the computer.

So as I'm scrolling thru SR, DS comes home. We have a small conversation, he looks in the frig, in the freeze, in the pantry. I told him "I went grocery shopping are you hungry?" he said "kind of."
So I continue on my scrolling thinking of dinner and what to make. Then ask him if he'd like burritos for dinner. His eyebrows shot up with a "Yes!" Then I said, "Oops, I forgot to buy the lettuce." DS "It's no good without lettuce, mom." True. So I starting thinking of something else to make. But I really wanted Burritos.

I continue my scrolling, only to stop and smack my head. :headbange "YOU could DRIVE to the store and get the lettuce!!! YOUR NOT DRINKING!!!!:lmao

So now we lettuce!!!:thanks

My daughter goes to her dad's tonight (sad) but I made her some of her favorite pudding so she's going to pick it up on her way home from debate team (happy). But I know she'll forget (sad). But hey, I'm not drinking, I can drive it to her (HAPPY).
