Day three
I can't remember going a day without some type of alcohol in the last few years. Im sick of embarrassing myself. I don't even want to think of the money I have spent. I Spent most of day one in bed. Day two I had to talk myself out of stopping for beer on the way home but it felt good to say no when I passed all the stores.

Welcome and well done on day 3, in many ways these first few are by far the hardest. Clock up a few more and you'll start to feel some physical benefits and that helps you get a few more under your belt............ onwards to feeling a whole lot better about yourself. Just keep going whatever it takes.

AVRT has helped me a lot. Check it out. Basically says you are in control not your alcoholic voice. The alcoholic voice has not arms, legs, hands etc- it doesnt put the drink in your hand, you do. Hit home when I read it.
Keep pushing through. It gets so much better.
