Lousy day today
Stewy ,
have you thought about some kind of mediation or counselling ?
My dad had anger and frustration issues , also my step-mum , neither of them were good at communicating , having a professional in the situation to help facilitate how they communicated defused a lot of the miss-communication between them .
When i'm angry and frustrated by a situation it's easy for that to spill over and appear that i'm angry and frustrated with those close to me .
Good for you keeping sober

Perhaps the 'big picture' is too much to tackle all at once. Relationships are challenging for all of us, even without alcohol. It appears that you have acted sincerely in apologizing, so now the ball is in her court. As difficult as it can be sometimes, you will simply have to work on yourself. This includes your sobriety. It's easy to lose sight of the fact but you can only control yourself. Never anyone else. She will feel and do whatever she does. All you can do is work towards improving yourself.
