fumbling around
Hi, not really sure what to say or who to say it to. I found this site and figured no better way to learn then jump in and say that I'm kind of lost and confused. I am new to recovery after spending twenty plus years with prescribed opiates for pain issues, followed by seven or more years with heroine. I'm not having any major crisis at the moment but want to see how thing here are done. Thanks to anyone who cares to give suggestions or guidance. Any response will be welcomed.

I am not recovering from opiate or heroine either but this is a good forum to start. As D122y said i'm sure someone with more experience will be along
