I too hope you feel better soon Scared. Just remember, this anxiety will go away with time as long as you don't drink again. For me, anxiety was through the roof when I was drinking. I was anxious about what I had said or done while drunk, anxious about feeling crappy the next morning, anxious about when I would get my next drink so that I could settle down... basically anxious about everything and anything when I was drinking.

You are on a better road now that you aren't drinking. It will take some time for your body and mind to adjust, but trust me, you will adjust and be so happy that you made the decision not to drink today.
