The last time I was able to take time away from work. I dont know If I can do it again. I really did feel much better after 20 days or so. but life gos on with family and work, but im not mentally or just not there at all.

Tnt, sorry to hear you struggling. Maybe develop and plan and incorporate SR into your daily reading? It has helped many of us.

I'm not sure what method you used to stay sober last time, but having a recovery plan is the way to go for me
