Welcome back. Fifty days is s solid foundation to build from. Keep adding to your three.
I had to look st what was going on around me when I decided to drink again at my last relapse. Then I added to my support and started coming around here every day.

HI.
It’s good your back as so many can’t make it back because of shame or other reasons. Staying sober is a process of many one steps, one at a time.
I needed to be honest with myself about MY drinking then ACCEPT the fact I cannot drink alcohol one day at a time in a row. It’s that simple, not always easy but it does become less difficult with time, depends on the person.
I joined AA and became very active for my recovery to move ahead. It helped me to think about not drinking as opposed to spending time thinking about drinking. Sobriety is helped by perhaps exercise, walks, hobbies, work etc and preparing a reasonable “bucket” list.
KEEP COMING AND BE WELL
