I'm done. Those one or two glasses of wine at night are doing nothing for me except making me feel groggy and headachy in the morning and disrupting my sleep. More importantly, I'm flirting with danger given my history of alcohol use. So I'm recommitting today to sobriety. I'll write in later with a sobriety plan.

Ps sorry for the truncated titles: I seem to be one of the folks having trouble posting with titles longer than one word.
