Mine was too, and very red.

I have my thin, normal face back now, but only because I quit drinking.

It has been 118 days, and I would say after about a month I started to look better.

You don't have to look or feel this way anymore! I wish you well.

Yep, I remember those days too. My face was huge and red all of the time. So sad that that's how people knew me, always thought I had a sun burn.

Like Scott said, there is a solution. It didn't take long before I lost the bloating and red face.

Plus life is just so much more enjoyable when sober.

Funny title but not funny, as it hits close to home. Jule, don't know your story, but I started to see my real face emerging again after about a week sober, with improvements every day.

Thanks everyone. I am on my way to sobriety. I spent yesterday making appointments. I talked with a hypnotherapist and really connected. We have an appointment on Monday. Maybe by then I can detox and really focus
