Hey way to go.

75 beers on Saturday and Sunday is a lot- did you ever get hung over from that?

I guess the withdrawals would be minimal if you dont drink the other 5 days a week so that is great! I know I drank about 6 beers Monday to Thurs each day, then about 10 or so on Saturday and Sunday, so I had that constant alcohol going into my system- but my withdrawals were very mild.

Im glad you had a good weekend- family time and movies sound like you did alright!

Yes hungover for usually a few days my body can't handle it anymore 75 beers from Friday till Sunday night. And withdrawals have been more about urges and habits maybe Lil bouts if shakes. My weekends have turned from parties to a giant ball of pathetic blackouts and unbelievable stories about what I have said or done or who I have hurt. I turned into someone whom I would despise in my sober state, an ass hole who I would beat bloody. Tired of hating myself for being
* that guy* . Knowing full well I am to blame.

You are doing awesome Shonno. Keep reading and posting. I find it extremely helpful, particularly during my normal drinking hours, but try to check in several times a day. Keep on keeping on.

Oh I am I am on here constantly. That last post I just started to type and respond to the prior post and started to get kinda emotional. Actually I cut it short cause I was kinda getting upset. Felt really strange and felt kinda overwhelmed for a minute. I think ill save that kinda opening up till I get a little more comfortable in my sobriety .

Shonno, every time I post in my thread I cry haha!! I think it's healthy to let it all out, especially in a place where nobody is judging you.

Keep checking in to let everyone know how you are doing even if you don't feel like writing much.

Today would have been my father's 66th birthday. I lost him to suicide when I was 20. I didn't meet him till I was 10years old so I never really got to know him as an adult . But he was an incredible human being pillar in community MASTER MASON . I miss that man from the floor up.
