A quick checkin. ... more than anything as I really believe having some accountability (albeit virtual) is really helping. Today I was a bit edgey this morning, but got busy with the day. A lot achieved in the house etc. Then a really nice afternoon / evening out with The Husband.... a bit of shopping, some lunch - a HUGE burger, normally I'm very very strict with my eating (despite all the booze) so have really tried to relax that this week and just focus on getting sober.

....Then on to The Cinema, took in the new 'Legend' film, about The Kray Twins with Tom Hardy. (V good!) also took in 3 scoops of Ben and Jerrys ice cream, well 2, felt pretty ill haha. Halfway through the film I felt really really oddly euphoric?!?! maybe a sugar rush, maybe my brain wonder what the BLEEEEEEEP is going on and where its 120+ units are this week.

On the way in saw a lot of people having drinks (splurged on the 'posh' seats as oddly have spare cash now not spending 150 GBP a week on booze) and quite a few people buzzed on the street on the way out. Felt great it wasn't me.
