Hey again
So, I was sober for almost two months. Relapsed and was out for 3 days. I can't believe how sick and scared and angry I feel. I need some hope. I keep feeling like nothing is going to be okay. I've seen this program work for so many people, but I feel like it won't work for me .
Thanks guys

just give it another go. Beating yourself up is part of the problem - it feeds the 'whats the point' monkey.
for me feeling good again turned out to be a common stumbling block. It would pay to review how you led yourself to the decision to drink again.

Congrats on 3 days clean!
Each time you relapse your suffering will escalate. The damage to your brain will take longer to heal. Your anxiety will increase. Unless you stay drunk, but then you are in the death spiral...
The 1 or 2 hours of alcohol induced calm and bliss are not worth the days and nights of suffering when trying to moderate...

Hi LScotty, don't lose site of those 2 months. You did them, you proved to yourself you can succeed. Use that to motivate yourself. I don't envy you at the moment because I know how you feel. To say its an unpleasant feeling is an understatement. Good job on the meeting. You have my unconditional support man.
