62 days here..........

believe it or not - not sure if I do !

Feeling good overall few sleep issues and the old morning anxiety and this chocolate that keeps jumping into my shopping basket will have to stop......

Went to theatre Saturday and I always thought needed dutch courage .........wrong was fine ......maybe the old anxiety was related to what times the interval bar .............

Keep going guys and thanks to this amazing site

Brilliant stuff Mike...like you I found a lot of the notions I had about what life would be like without alcohol were just wrong. We can enjoy events just as much without the old dutch courage!

Congrats on 62 days! That's amazing. It does get a little better each and every day, doesn't it? Especially once you get past those first couple of rough weeks.
