Is this withdrawal / kindling??

I noticed a few weeks ago I noticed when I hadn't drank for a few days I got a few pains in the top of my legs.
Now I'm on day 3 and have them constantly, seem to be getting worse.
Is this related to the alcohol? Has anyone else experienced this??

You might want to post in the newcomers to recovery thread, it's a busier thread, or in your monthly class if you are in one?

I had a bit of tingling pins & needles for a few days I think it's our bodies waking up with no alcohol it should improve if it doesn't book a Dr apt to get checked out I wouldn't worry though

The first few weeks I had loads of odd aches, the body I guess needs time to adjust!!

Though if you're concerned in anyway best checking in with a Dr!!

Hang in there!! :)
