You sound more determined than ever, K8 - sometimes a slip can be valuable. You obviously learned something. Proud of you for wanting to talk about it and for not giving up on yourself.

Hello Friends
Hope you are all well.
I have read through a good mindfulness book today, so will start practicing that, from what I've read it diverts you from unhelpful thinking, and at times helps you to face painful thoughts in a way that you can cope with them. It is an 8 week course that you do to get into the habit of practicing mindfulness.
Don't feel as awful tonight, but wanted to check in and let you all know how I was doing because a few of you have been so kind and helpful when you didn't need to be - it meant a lot to me
