Sorry for the AWOL Guys
Had a mad few days, Dad in hospital for an op, and just generally down in the mouth over things. Tomorrow is day 11. Feeling fine physically just dealing with emotional gremlins.
Thank you all for your support. To coin an English phrase, you're all the cat's pyjamas! (Good folk).

Hi All
Today would ordinarily be my day 14, but as I fell off the wagon on Friday evening and last night and sent horrible messages to my ex, I am back on day one.
Never putting myself through day 1 again, the gremlins are harder than ever to work through!
Hope everyone is doing okay out there.

Thanks Dee
I just keep getting caught up in the upset of the situation with my ex and it is easier to try and block it out with alcohol, but all it does is make me angrier and then the next day, sadder about the whole situation.
I am putting a plan together today for the next month, going to build up to getting fitter, doing some running and swimming and hope that the pain fades with time and keeping busy.

Thanks everyone for your support, I feel like I have let myself down beyond belief, I had come so far and ended up falling down the downward spiral again.
I've realised I need to fill my days with activities which lift my mood and make me feel better about myself, so I am going to start exercising more regularly and have also ordered some self hypnosis downloads.
I hope I find myself again

Definitely not a sap K8. This is a tough battle and you have a great outlook. You can do this, you know that you can and just have to believe in yourself. Tweak your plan, learn from stumbling last week. Don't let this one relapse beat you twice.
Like Soberwolf said, stick close to SR. That helped me tremendously in the early days; and even through to today!

Great job on coming right back to SR and continuing to fight.
