Thank you all for the suggestions! I cannot go to AA at the moment until I'm off house arrest. They see that as a luxury and not a necessity. I've started to cook breakfast for myself a little more and experiment with cheap and easy recipes. I've ordered another book off Amazon today and hopefully it'll be here by the end of the week. Working out is a little hard with the bracelet on because my ankle will swell up and it's irritable but I'm going to try yoga later on this week. I started up a blog today so hopefully having that will help me with recovery!
