Well, that's (almost) the end of day three of my sobriety journey.
I went back to work today, I'm an office worker.
Everything went well, very smooth...maybe even a little bit too smooth
I suspect people are talking behind my back which of course was to be expected - not everybody's falling for the 'lower back-pain' story again...
I hope everybody's doing fine and erh don't listen to that monkey on your shoulder or the AV in your head
Anyway, right now I'm taking a sip of my ice tea - anyone care to join me ?
Thanks for reading

Congratulations on Day 3, and no need to worry about what others are thinking or saying behind your back. You're doing the right thing and staying sober and that's what it's all about.
I said that to a friend a few years ago - I know people are talking about me !
She came back with the strangest reply - that I haven't ever forgotten .
Don't let it get to you " that bad" at least their leaving others alone ..
After I thought about it - I said Right .
I guess you would have to , make sense of that in your own way
Great work on Day 3 .
