Does anyone else get a craving and then feel like Hulk is inside you trying to explode out? Lol weird I know but that's how it feels and it SUCKS. Day 34! And tomorrow will be day 35! This too shall pass...

When I felt that way, I would go on speed walks - grab my running shoes, put headphones on with great music, and punch the air until I felt like I had burned off all that energy. I agree with the others...this will pass. Keep up the good work. 34 days is spectacular!

This would be very common in early recovery... just keep it together, it will get better and better as the days stack up.
