Melki I absolutely cannot eat oatmeal. I've tried but I refuse to gag all the way through breakfast. There aren't enough nuts in the world to disguise it for me.

I don't eat oatmeal. I eats OATS and they're ******* good with fruit and honey!

btw Gilmer, I think we had the PA discussion a year ago. I went to weaver's orchard and will be going back for apples... by the back roads it is about thirty minutes away - 15 miles...

say good night Olive. Time for scrubs

I love oatmeal! I can eat it straight! I have eaten spoonfuls of uncooked oats right out of the box! I love them!

Internet returned!! Yay!

My favorite way to eat oatmeal:

1/4 cup oats, little bit of maple syrup, cover with milk. Leave in the fridge overnight and voila! breakfast ready when you wake. If you enjoy the cornflakes at the bottom of the bowl a little soggy in milk, then you will enjoy this.

Yes, I DO like the cornflakes soggy at the bottom of the bowl!

My favorite cereal delicacy is Total with half-and=half. Decadent!

Venecia, I think those flowers are freesia. The smell is intoxicating!

Prime Times on the Mesa, here...

Outside now under the Porch in dry Weather, watching this massive Thunderhead pump down Rain and Lightning Bolts every few seconds. My kinda Geek Show! The Thunder is this steady rumbling. Kinda like hearing a Fireworks Show from >10 Miles away on July 4th. As darkness sets in now, this is gonna be one helluva Show. If this is the last phenomenon I ever saw from my Death Bed, I'd be kewl with that. Love it.

Dinner was mighty fresh, wild Alaskan Salmon from the Seafood Supplier I mentioned. And, fresh local Corn. Fresh Colorado Peaches & Berries in some kinda Pie Crust is in the Oven. Bottom Crust only. Quality Eats! Marital Payback, perhaps, for me slogging through the install on the Drapery Rod From Hell yesterday. The sentimental aspect that's irreplaceable is that the Drapery 'Panels' are some '60s Mid Century Fabric from the MIL. Comforting to The Better Half. A lil bit of MIL keeping the Sun out. It did make the BR much cooler this morning. I'll take it.

This former Slumlord got used to approaching Tenant/People Problems in a direct, Businesslike manner. What Trach said 2x... Hopefully, the Landlord will take your concerns seriously, and leave the Value Judgments out of it. Just execute a solution - let you move, BS - and move on to other issues in Life. Just as we all know here - like not confronting Drink issues - sweeping issues under the Rug results in nothing but a lumpy Rug.

Inner Peace to all, and I hope Folks dodged thorny challenges this Weekend. I enjoy your Company and Support here immensely!

Sobriety marches on...
