Jared, this is just one man's opinion, but that 1 beer did not ruin you. But it will ruin you, if you let it. Don't let it. You did the right thing, you called your SO and she came and got you. You did the mature thing and got yourself out of the danger zone. Good for you.

I've had a relapse on the drink and drugs. I am after any suggestions on the best way to come down from ice??? Previous times ive ended up in the emergency room because my body starts freezing up. Any help apreciated. Thnaks.

If you google local NA meetings in your area you will find meetings & times close to home in the meantime stay close to us keep reading keep posting most importantly keep reaching out

Sounds like you might need to see a Dr. since this has been a problem before. I have no experience with ice but good luck to you.

Yes, do go to an ER in your area or your dr because this sounds like it could be a problem for you.
