I get it.

Do you have any stress-reduction strategies that you can utilize?

Deep-breathing techniques are something you can utilize quickly and practically anywhere and especially if you have an office or a desk job.

Do you exercise? Even a walk can help.

Hobbies?

I see that one of your children was causing some anxiety. Maybe surf the net for child-psychology tips. Quite often, they are just looking for a 'response'; if you smile and stay calm when he expects to see you become frustrated, the behavior may stop. Kids are smart, perceptive and observant and they learn how and when to push buttons.

Yeah its more stuff with one of my kids- stuff at work is falling on me to cover while they slowly hire new people. Its just frustrating at such a snails pace this place hires new people and expects usually one other person to pick up the slack. Its hard, stressful, and makes for long days.

And its tough in the mornings when I dont want to go to work, and wake up, and one of my kids is throwing a fit because she wanted two small pancakes and not one big one. Gimme a freggin break, its a pancake- here I can break it in half to make two. But then they arent perfect circles.... aye

Just so you know, she'll prolly want one big one tomorrow, keep smiling

Serious , they did some kind of study, when you smile even if its forced it can have positive effects on mood. Personally I think it's silly, just thinking about it makes me laugh.
