I think I'm ready to go back to work the therapist phones me Thursday

I think it will lift me more than anything I am going out day after day no problem I still get anxiety but no where as bad

I think if you're ready for it, then it's a good step. Talking to other people usually helps any anxiety I'm having. Take it slow initially? Can you ease your way in? You'll be the best judge of your comfort level.

It's for the money I'm not going to lie for 2 years I have given Mrs sw every penny I get and I cover half of all bills I rarely carry money I detest money but my prospects aren't getting better I'm not lazy I have been scared for so long

I'm trusting my gut I 1,000,000% know I will not drink

What in heck have I been scared of agoraphobia anxiety has kept me down but no more

No more will it keep me down
