My birthday weekend is over. Will be the first one I've completed completely alcohol free since I can remember, and it was pretty great! It's 2130hrs on a Sunday night. Got herbal tea in hand, and relaxing. Thanks SR fam with your posts, support, and all of the happy birthday wishes! (Btw, I'm having Lipton lemon and honey flavored green herbal tea. If anyone have other brands or flavors you think may work better for sleep, lemme know please. )

Chamomile tea is the old stand-by for sleepy time. Some green teas may keep you awake.

Thanks Cold, it's green but has chamomile in it. We'll see. I think it helped a little last night.

Green tea has caffeine, unless it says the caffeine has been removed. It's not a lot of caffeine, but some.

Chamomile is nice. I like Sleepytime blend. If it has valerian root in it, well, that definitely gets me snoozing. :)
