So I relapsed an had a beer an one ccigarette I feel so bad... I can't believe I got so stressed an did that....

Throw the beer out of the house, get rid of it.

Figure out WHY you relapsed, and work on that.

Don't let 1 turn into 30 like I did so many times.

Ops what happened did you have some in the house or buy it ? If your struggling still with your AV - I wouldn't keep any in the house maybe too soon ? Chalk it up to a stumble , at least like Rush said - It wasn't more

Eat something & make a better plan - to not pick up even one more !!
