I just wanted to show my appreciation for all of you and your kind words and encouragement. I only use the phone app as I don't have a computer and I logged in on a computer today and noticed there were visitor messages. I didn't even know that option existed so for those of you that have left a visitor message please know I wasn't ignoring you. Apparently you can't see/do everything from just the app.

Great job on 25! A little semantic /mind trick that helped me is remember we only exist in the Now. I can surely stay sober right now this very second, its provable and doable. Anything that says I can't is lying , I'll take all the nows that come and not drink Now, ever :) the Nows will take of themselves and add up , I only have to worry about this one, er that one(see what I did there :) ) You got this!
