Shaking and Furious
I wrote this to someone yesterday, Crysalis, but I think it bears repeating. Try to avoid the HALT triggers (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired). I know you have good reason to be angry, so that may be difficult to control. But if you can address some of the other 3 triggers, you might find yourself struggling less.
And check back with us if you are able. We are here to help.

I'm really glad it seems you are feeling better and hope you stay the course.
I've faced and continue to do so something similar, i.e. trying to get sober while facing relationship challenges. I found in the end that getting one on one therapy (i.e. working on me) first before couples therapy was much more beneficial than jumping straight in to couples therapy. Some people I know alternate each week.
Your experience may be different.
Wishing you all the best,
KP
