Been meaning to start this thread for a while. That was me yesterday, the eyes. Although I am not a vampire so why I don't sleep I am unsure. I know plenty of vampires who sleep soundly at night. P.s, I captained a football team not the starship enterprise. Insomnia ain't all that bad you know. I kinda like it. It's the day after that hits home, hard, and that's today. I awoke at 4am this morning. I always wake up at that time for some reason on the rare occasion that I am asleep. I think it's the other person here using the toilet, it has to be as I am never rested.

Sorry, Strat! Insomnia sucks. Normally I don't have trouble sleeping but every couple of months I'll have a night or two where I can't sleep at all. Usually it works itself out though. I hope you manage to get some good sleep!

I have struggled with insomnia ever since I can remember. It can be incredibly draining psychologically.

It's great when you do get a few nights of good sleep, I am happy for you Strat. Keep doing whatever you're doing!
