Bonaqua, if you haven't read about HALT yet, you soon will. (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired). These are 4 of the strongest triggers for alcohol. If you are struggling, it is often because you are experiencing one or more of these conditions. Thankfully, each of the 4 symptoms are controllable. Keep HALT tucked away in the back of your mind, and you might find it easier to power through some of the difficult urges.

Checking in on day 3
Good morning to all!
Just checking in on my day 3, yesterday was hard as hell.. I even parked outside the liquer store but turned around after sitting in the car thinking for a while. So it was close, but I did it
All in all, so far:. Short fused, hungry all the time and sleeping is not to god at all yet. But it will get there
