I'm sorry you're feeling miserable, Aum, but I am certain you are not the devil, nor is the devil part of you. We all have a dark side. And, we can't run from that dark side. We need to bring it into the light.

hi this is Aum s husband, i believe she really isn't well at the moment, mentally , she is going to try rest and take her prn`s (extra meds).

You gotta get a plan together Aum, going from a bad place to a good place to a bad place, it's not a long term strategy, reaching out to other resources may be a way forward, you deserve to be in a happier place.
Sober is a start, for me that was a great foundation, I then needed to build on that the life I wanted and push on from there, and I know back in June you had many weeks of Sobriety under you belt and are still going strong!!
You can do this!! Hang in there!!

Sorry ...sometimes i cant tell when am ill ...i guess i am ill at the moment
the devil with in is tricky sometimes he wants me to get drunk ... but am not listening
I am staying Sober i can see the devils ...Am i evil ?
more pills for me this morning once my husband is up
i take loads of pills sometimes they help and sometimes they dont
Asked for new pills but they say i have to stick with these ones
Got a group i can go to for people who hear things
not been in a while but i might go the next one is on Wednesday after noon
its sunny now here in Scotland ...need to get my meds need to wake my husband up
get my medication for today
OH i changed my name to Pepsi max
