What is your plan tonight
Its hard to believe my first pup will be 9 this december.
Plan for tonight:
Don't drink alcohol.
Drink cold, fruit loose leave tea
Drink Club Soda and lemon
BBQ - Steak, potatoes, brussel sprouts and broccoli with mushrooms
Watch 1 hour of my favorite TV show
Read a book - I have too many to chose from right now -- need to decide, but it will be on on self-growth - recovery
Get to bed early so I can wake up early - love the mornings the best
Saturday
Housework, reading, walking, playing board game with my children
Sunday
Undecided, but probably work on a few projects I have been putting off and then reading... and make a special supper.

Good Thread, Wolfie!
Taking a late afternoon boat ride with Mr. Dharma and the kids, then back to play some fetch with the dog. She launches right off of the dock into the lake after her tennis ball- it is pretty comical.
Having perch for dinner at a local restaurant (we call it Fish Fry). Not a lot of luck catching them ourselves
Game of cards with the kids later on too- Mr. Dharma is teaching them to play poker but just with chips.

Thank you for this soberwolf, great idea! It will help me to type it out rather than just having it float around in my head, easy to change my mind.
Walk my dog once I get home. Dinner is in the crockpot ready and waiting so the kids and I and my stepmom will eat and talk about our week.
Then... This is where things could get tricky. I need to pay a bill in person, which is about a half hour away, passing lots of stores. I plan to ask my daughter to come with me, alone is dangerous. Then tonight I want to buy a new book for my nook- today is payday and a book is about the same as a bottle of wine would be so no guilt! I'm thinking a Wayne dyer book too unless I can actually find a recovery book I haven't read yet!

I'm hanging out on SR tonight! What a treat to have internet
I'm heading to Russia tomorrow so tonight I'm reading up on all that I should do, and learning the cyrillic alphabet, etc.
Cyrillic's bark is waaay nastier than it's bite. Let's hope the same goes for immigration

Have a nice evening, Wolf)
I've just finished cleaning part of my mess in the kitchen, prepared some healthy meal, for the rest of the evening - Rocky IV, and little bit reading of "What to say when you talk to yourself" - about the power of positive self-talk.
Have a good weekend, all!

Well, since I am back to day 1 today, my plan tonight includes drinking seltzer water, not booze! And my husband and I are participating in a team sprint triathlon tomorrow morning (I'm doing the run leg, my husband is doing the bike leg, and his coworker is swimming). We have to leave the house around 5am so that means early to bed for me!
