About to finish up day 100. I'm definitely proud of myself and generally things are good. I still don't feel perfect, mentally or physically, but I'm in a better place today regardless. From time to time I still have brutal anxiety and also feel the shame for past actions while drinking and all the lies I told about the quantity and frequency of my drinking. I suppose that's normal. Anyway, I am staying focused and I don't plan on ever going back to alcohol.

Thanks for all the support over the last 100 days. I know for sure that I couldn't have made it a week without the support of this place early on. I hope everyone is doing well and continued success to us all.

Congrats on 100 day! I had good and bad days for the first year but it got easier after those first few months. Hopefully it will be the same for you.
