there has to be a day one hello all, first timer...posting that is...many timer attempting recovery. I want today to be the start of a new me. fifteen years of alcohol abuse has taken its toll but I believe there is still time in life to make good changes. I hope to use this forum to get insights and to keep me from lying to myself. thanks for reading |

Hiya swift and welcome. There is always time to make positive changes, and the damage stops with day 1. Each day without using / drinking is a day of healing. They add up. String a bunch of them together and you start to have recovery. Anyway, that's my Plato moment. Lol. |
