On the topic of Donald Trump, I'm seriously considering getting Sky TV just so I can watch the lead up to the elections over there. We haven't had a good comedy on TV in New Zealand since I don't know when.

I think you're focusing on the wrong things Frank, if I'm honest.

It's great to have fun. It's great to laugh again too. I know that. been there.

but SR is such a great resource - it's so much more than shooting the breeze and bantering and flirting with others.

I really urge you to think about a recovery plan and what exactly you can do right now not to move forwards.

I ate when the cravings were bad.

Booze craving equaled sandwich, candy, cereal, pizza, etc. I got full...craving passed.

Still lost weight.

I would binge watch episodes of TV programs too. Like Breaking Bad.

Day 87 here. I'm stronger than yesterday. I'm serious about being a non drinker.

1 day at a time. God help me.
