Had mine out 2 years ago was full of stones and told it was blocked up tight wasn't even working . I originally went in for dehydration and not keeping anything down . Was a pretty easy operation and recovery .
Fats don't bother me half as much as before . I really didn't want to take it out either , but I couldn't handle the pains I got under my ribs . Either way I hope all goes good for you .

That's why I've been researching as well because Drs are very easy to tell you to remove things that aren't "necessary" because of poor function. I'm hoping I can find something (lifestyle) to help improve functionality of my GB. But there's a lot of conflicting info out there.

Just wanted to check in. Day 3 - still didn't get a good nights sleep though. I'm hoping I can sleep tonight!

I thought my shake would help me at lunch, and it did a little, but still tired. I'm hoping that I'll be so exhausted tonight that I can actually sleep. My husbands current situation has been keeping me up - but like I said, hopefully I'll be too exhausted to notice tonight. Thinking of an easy dinner for sure, lol, maybe a healthy frozen dinner (is there really any?) or a frozen pizza and salad.

I almost thought of an afternoon nap but I know that will keep me up at night again. I'll probably go for a walk or run and it might help.
I'll try some hot milk after dinner.

Yeah I thought of taking a nap when I get home at 6 but that probably won't help much, lol. I walked last night so maybe I'll join you in spirit tonight!

So I don't know if I'll make it the rest of the day without a nap, so I caved and am having a coke. I'm so sleepy 😴

Thanks D. Still so tired and can't even fall asleep for a nap. Time for me to clean the bath tub, take a bath, sleepy time tea, then try to sleep. But still having GB pain too

I have made it to day 4. Last night I was able to sleep good as well. I change my routine and took a relaxing bath with candles and calm meditation music. Then sipped chamomile tea with honey and drifted off to another calm music station I have. It took me a while at first to actually fall asleep, but I did and I am so grateful today for my sleep!
