Back

I'm back, and I'm hungover. Ugh.

Welcome back, Daria. The hangovers don't really get any better, do they? No day like today to start a better way of life.

Welcome back, Daria.

There is good news; you never have to feel this way again.

Have you thought of a way to strengthen your plan?

Hey all! Sorry, got busy at work after I posted that. I'm not sure what my plan is at the moment. I do good for a time and then end up caving and drinking too much. Home and eating dinner now. Going to the gym later even though I don't entirely feel like going (tired/hungover and all). But maybe it will perk me up a bit. I kinda feel like I shouldn't miss out on the gym (something good) b/c I was dumb last night (something bad).

Darla - my last drink added to my last hangover. No drink, no hangover. Hang in there.

Welcome back. Gym is a great idea. You probably won't feel 100% after going, but you will definitely feel better.

Welcome back Daria. I now how a 7/2/2015 sobriety date as well. It's a bummer to start over but better than the alternatives.
Hang in there!

Hello, Don! Fellow 7/20 person.

So I went to the gym. It was rough, but I pushed through the lack of energy and I feel really good about that.

Welcome back, I just got back a few days ago too. I read your previous thread and you sound a lot like me. No physical dependence and not a daily drinker but when you do, you can't stop and that's when the trouble comes. My drinking has been the cause of many distasterous occasions. Just wanted to say I totally get it... And if you're ready to make the change, the support here is awesome!
