Looking for Inspiration
Hi all , found this site the other day looking for quotes and upbeat sayings to kind of pat myself on the back so to speak of my 2 years being sober 
With me who knows , maybe I was feeling down
I hope I can be of help in some way or even look for pointers to help me along my journey .
I've red a few posts the past couple days , you all seem very kind and helpful . Makes me feel very at ease , that I can possibly get more insight on staying sober for Life

Wonderful uplifting reply's too .
Yes I have a few dry out periods in my 10 years of drinking . I had my wake up call finally . Both my parents were alcoholics , So it's deep rooted . The thing I regret the most is going down that same road , even though I hated to see them that way .
Took me a long time after to realize it was an addition . They couldn't pull their self out of .

Looking for a place to Roost
Came back to my first thread to post some thoughts . It's been roughly 3 months since I joined SR . I must say it has been very enlightening . Opened my eyes on how others deal with sobriety . During this time I've seen many different ways . As most of us We all have our own ...
For me I've found I have to keep it upbeat , due to my anxiety as the Title to this tread - "Inspiration anal " ways . Wow Love finding out how to use that spell check
I'm at a cross road on how to go about that . I ask myself can I find a way of doing that in SR ... I'm pondering ideas . I do very much enjoy helping others - That I know to be true
Seeing as though I joined being sober for 2 years . I'm not struggling with wanting to pick up everyday . Yes I have my days like most , I believe it's a lifetime journey .
Ok as your reading this you maybe wondering what is she talking about ?? That's just it I'm not sure ... I lost my regular daily thread . I want a place to feel at home - away from home in SR ..
