Yesterday was my last day... after 9 sessions/3 weeks and nothing of any real substance to take away from it, I thought it best to drop it.
I disagree with the thinking that you have to resolve your personal issues before you can stop your substance abuse. You need to stop your substance abuse and then tackle your personal issues...JMHO.
