Physical addiction & Mental addiction

Since I now spend my reading & cowering in the house; I have determined that physical addiction has never been a problem for me.

I am mentally addicted to the calmness & normality I feel from most of the chemicals I've used.

I know but these SSRI suck !!!!! I can barely concentrate & I'm still an anxious wreck .. I just had to have a friend take me shopping b\c of how off I am today ..

Like I've said before it can take a lot of searching to find the right meds Dennis.
Never give up - and never go backwards - self medicating bought us both here...

I know the more I saw no use for alcohol in my life the easier things got, it's when I hung onto the fairytales and the myths that I thought it contributed to my life, that made things more difficult!!

Great perspective to have Dennis!!
