Charlie's Accountability Thread
Hi Charlie,
Lucky you for a night out on the town! That is so valuable. My first time out with my husband, without alcohol, was to a beautiful photo exhibition. The photos were engrossing, conversation interesting, but I ended up excusing myself after 20minutes to go sit solo in the corridor.
As everyone always suggests here, be patient and gentle with yourself. Try to just roll with whatever comes your way. There were a lot of aha! and clarity moments for me that felt [THIS BIG] but the earth's plates did not suddenly shift and time kept moving along.
Great idea to have the accountability thread, Charlie. Keep it going!!

Hey Charlie, no need to explain yourself, if its theraputic and working for you....its the right thing to be doing. We are all glad to read each post that you went to bed sober for the day. I'm sure you are thankful to be posting as well. There is nothing lame about holding yourself accountable. Good job man (or woman?)
